Booked Cases

Booked Cases are Cases where the start time is set to a future date/time. They appear slightly differently on the Dashboard for easy identification and their Timer Buttons appear blue.

When tapping the New Case button on the Dashboard, any Booked Cases contained within the currently viewed date range will appear in their own sub-menu, allowing you to open & start those Cases directly.

🔥 When importing cases via a CSV file, setting the start times to be late in the day will keep the cases appearing as Booked during your day.

When Start Time Passes ‘Now’

If you do not make any changes to a Booked Case and the start date & time passes, the Case Card will turn blue as normal and the duration/timer button will show no duration.

If you need to make the case appear as a Booked Case, simply shift the start time to be in the future.

Cases appear in order of start time so you can change the Booked Cases list order by adjusting them accordingly.

Tapping the Booked timer button will start the timer and set the Case start time to the moment you tapped the button. This can be edited at any time within the Case.

Long pressing (or right click on Mac) on the Timer button will show a context menu with more options.
