Somnus Subscriptions

Somnus now has two subscription options available: BASIC, which is what all users to date have been using and will migrate to by default, and the new PRO.

PRO includes time-saving features that learn from your own practice: smart suggestions, improved ID label scanning & patient contact detail detection, complex charts & data exporting with the Pro Dashboard, AI assisted theatre list imports that get smarter the more you use it, smart suggestions & searching, intelligent direct billing submissions, with much more planned in the future...

Everything is private & on-device - nothing leaves your device unless you manually export it, just like always. Some features may use Apple's on-device Apple Intelligence which requires iOS/macOS 26 with Apple Intelligence enabled. Using this method is a double-edges sword - it may not be as sophisticated as larger LLMs out there, but it’s 100% on-device & private which is far more important.

Even Somnus BASIC subscribers will see significant improvements over version 10 and as always, you don’t need a subscription to view & export your existing data - only to create new data. If you only need to view your historical data, just don’t subscribe to either plan.
